Effective April 2, 2009, MHF Holdings Company has transferred the assets of Magellan Transport Logistics to the management team of Tom Piatak and Mitch Luciano. Magellan, a full-service logistics, warehousing and supply chain management company, is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL and has branch offices in Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh, NC; and Springfield, MO.

MHF Holdings Company has transferred the assets of the Trucking & Drayage Division to the management team of Michael Parrotta and Faye Baker. Operations of the former Trucking & Drayage Division have resumed under the new entity of Turning Point Transport, Inc.--an Eleets Transportation Agency. The Turning Point Transport network is an exclusive owner-operator network maintaining operating terminals in Jacksonville, FL; North Bergen , NJ and Chicago, IL. Turning Point offers domestic and international drayage services via their owner-operator network. Intermodal drayage services range from local pick-ups and deliveries to international transport. Highway services include over-the-road, regional, premium, and door-to-door.
